Launched, Woot!


After poking about with hobby game dev for an embarrassingly long time I have finally managed to finish something!  

I've worked on much bigger and more involved game projects but those never get done, so my goal here was to come up with something I useful as a leaning project but where the scope wouldn't keep expanding indefinitely.  I decided to pick something relatively simple and that wouldn't require a lot of custom 3D assets, and I've always liked these Breakout-style games.  This one is actually most similar to a Breakout clone I used to play in college back on the University's NeXT servers and was the first to include ball spin as a game mechanic.  I knew I wanted to include that, as well as a few fun other twists to the general formula.

I still have no idea how to do marketing or promotion for this, so will be definitely checking out the utubes for how to do things like be sociable with people and promote stuff.  Until then, if you're reading this, thanks!  Hope you have as fun a time playing it as I had building it!
